黃梅山位於陝川市嘉會面和大屏面的交界處，自古以來就被認為是陝川的守護山，但很少在徒步旅行或旅遊出版物中出現。得益於此，山上的自然環境一直保持著原始狀態。 1983年，該山被指定為縣立公園，現在與伽倻山一起被視為陝川市的主要山脈之一。黃梅山是太白山脈最後的山峰之一，海拔1,113公尺。松樹和杜鵑花裝飾著落基山。從山頂可以眺望陝川湖、智異山、德裕山、伽倻山等山脈。
