世界三大マイムフェスティバルの一つであり、韓国有数の芸術フェスティバルの一つであるこのフェスティバルは1989年に始まり、1995年には世界中のアーティストが参加して国際的に開催されました。このフェスティバルでは、水と火をテーマにした毎年恒例のテーマに焦点を当てたパフォーマンスが春川市全域の屋内および屋外スペースで開催されます。参加型のプログラムなので、来場者はより親密に祭りを楽しむことができます。
