Description of art	These works are part of the 〈Landscape series〉 that Jeong Insook photographed using black and white photographic film while traveling around South Korea. The mountains, fields, and trees she captured in her photos are not just photographic reproductions, but the best result of a combination of the mechanical properties of the camera, the chemical properties of black-and-white photographic film, and the technical skills of the photographer handling them. However, the most critical factor is the decisive moment of capturing the target and pressing the shutter. The artist explains that one has to see and take countless photos to know the moment when to press the shutter decisively. The final photograph was not just the result of a single right moment, but is the result of her choosing the best moment while repeatedly looking and taking numerous pictures. Her photograph, created in this way, became a photo of the winter mountain revealing the intact structure of the mountain and Joseon pine trees that embraced history, time, and emotion.
