首爾綜合體育場位於蠶室洞，於 1976 年 12 月完工。位於體育場東南3.5公里處
該綜合大樓透過一條通道與首爾地鐵 2 號線和 9 號線的體育中心站相連，方便公眾前往該綜合體，還設有棒球場、兩個游泳中心、一個室內運動設施、一個輔助田徑場、大型公園經常作為戶外宴會和活動的場所。 除了定期舉辦的體育賽事外，首爾奧林匹克體育場還舉辦過一些全球最大的體育賽事，包括第十屆亞運會和首爾奧運會，自然也因其重要意義而吸引了數百萬遊客。 |
