客舍是高丽、朝鲜时期各城镇都设有的客舍，是外国使节或外地政府官员下榻的住宿设施。今天，在全州市市中心仍然可以看到盖克萨，并且在旧市中心的主要街道上有一条“盖克萨路”。这条街上有无数的路边商店和特许经营餐厅，因此全州当地人和游客经常光顾该地区。此外，全州客舍路也是每年全州国际电影节的举办地。全州国际电影节被认为是韩国三大电影节之一，主要放映独立电影，并发掘了许多热门电影和新演员。在客世路的一侧，您还可以找到全州电影院和几家电影院，这就是为什么它被称为“电影街”。在电影街的后面，餐馆、咖啡馆和服装店吸引了电影迷，形成了所谓的“电影团街”。
